AFTER WEDDING SHOOT IN SEVILLA, SPANIEN

Ende Mai flog ich nicht nur nach Sevilla, um Freunde zu besuchen und ein wunderbares Wochenende in meiner zweiten Heimat zu verbringen, sondern vor allem für ein After Wedding Shoot. Es war schon immer einer meiner Träume, in Sevilla ein Brautpaar zu fotografieren und als mich Elisa und Christoph nach Tipps für Sevilla für ihre Flitterwochen fragten, schaute ich sofort nach Flügen. Eine Woche nach ihrer Hochzeit trafen wir uns also zum Sonnenuntergang in der spanischen Stadt zum After Wedding Shoot. Es ist unglaublich wie sich alles gefügt hat. Ich habe Miriam von Magia Florhada über Instagram gefunden und sie hat einen Strauß gebunden, der so perfekt zu den Frischverheirateten und der zauberhaften Stadt gepasst hat. Als ich als Aupair in Sevilla gelebt habe, folgte ich ein paar Hochzeitsfotografen bei Facebook und hätte niemals gedacht, das ich selbst mal einer werden würde. Auch mein allererstes Couple Shoot fand in Sevilla statt und deshalb war es so schön, dass dieser Traum endlich in Erfüllung gegangen ist. Vier Tage waren viel zu kurz, aber es hat mir wieder einmal gezeigt, wie sehr ich die Stadt, die Menschen und deren Lebensweise liebe. Mein Kopf und mein Herz sind immer noch in Sevilla und ich vermisse das Leben dort jeden Tag. Umso schöner, wenn man immer mal wieder nach Hause kommen kann.

The real reason I went to Sevilla in May was not only to see friends and spend an amazing weekend there but first of all an after wedding shoot. It was a longtime dream to shoot a wedding couple in Sevilla and when Elisa asked me for some tips for their honeymoon I booked my flights instantly. One week after their wedding we met in the Spanish city during sunset for an after wedding shoot. It’s so crazy that everything fell in its place perfectly. I found Miriam of Magia Florhada on Instagram and she created a bouquet that fit so good to the newlyweds and this magical city! When I lived in Sevilla as an Aupair, I followed a few wedding photographers on Facebook and never thought that I would become one myself! I also had my very first couple shoot ever during that time and this is why I was the happiest girl fulfilling my dreams! Four days were way too short, but it showed me again, how much I love this city, the people and their rhythm of life. My head and heart are still there and I’m missing it so badly! It is the best thing to be able to come home once in a while!
