Meine Mama hat mir und meinem Bruder ein Fotoalbum gebastelt als wir noch Kinder waren und über die Jahre immer wieder Fotos hinzugefügt, die zeigen, wie wir aufgewachsen sind. Ich liebe es, durch dieses Album voller Kindheitserinnerungen zu blättern. Deshalb ist es für mich immer eine große Ehre, Fotos von Neugeborenen zu machen. Ich stelle mir dann immer vor, wie diese Kinder irgendwann einmal durch diese Fotos blättern, die mit die ersten in ihrem Leben sind. Es ist außerdem so besonders die bedingungslose Liebe von Müttern und Vätern für ihre Kinder zu sehen und diese Liebe auf Fotos festzuhalten. Ich hoffe sehr, dass dieses kleine Mädchen die Fotos von sich so sehr lieben wird, wie ich meine!
My mum made a photo album for me and my brother when we were kids where she added photos of us growing up over the years and I love to go through this album full of childhood memories. So for me it's always the greatest honor when I get asked to take photos of a newborn child. I always imagine said child looking through these photos that are one of the first ones of the child's life. It's also so special to see the unconditional love of a mother and a father for their child and it's a pleasure for me to conserve this love in photographs. I hope this little girl will love her photos as much as I love mine!
